Parents can send messages to family members through the parent portal. Select a recipient from a family dropdown, compose a message, and view message history. Optional daily limits prevent abuse. Messages are stored securely and only sent within the same family.
Staff can view all one-way messages in a searchable, sortable table. Filter by custom field values (e.g., grade, school) and date ranges. Default view shows messages from yesterday through today. Delete individual messages with confirmation.
Print filtered messages with one message per page. Track printed status with badges (Printed/Not Printed). Mark messages as printed or unmark them. Print view includes sender, recipient, date/time, and full message content for record-keeping.
